Martha attended Washburn University and Kansas State University studying Political Science and Vocal Music. With 15 years experience in the real estate industry, 13 as a licensed REALTOR®, Martha began her real estate career in Wichita where she worked with some of the most respected and successful names in that area. Fluent in Spanish, Martha was involved in many Wichita projects to help individuals in the Hispanic community fulfill their dreams of buying a home.

Martha’s extraordinary leadership and dedication has made her an intricate part of Weis Realty Executives as Listing Specialist. Responsibilities include the listing of property, negotiations, coordination of property listing procedures, marketing, MLS data entry, creation of Virtual tours, pictures, staging, information brochures, feedback to sellers, as well as organization and coordination of listing documents, to include contracts, preliminary title, restrictive covenants, plats, warranties and other documents. She also prepares CMA’s, property searches and facilitates listing closings.

Martha has lived most of her life in the Junction City /Manhattan area and managed two very successful businesses in Wichita and Junction City.
